ANTI-OXIDANT TESTING : ORAC

Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC)

The Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) test measures the antioxidant capacity of compounds, indicating their efficacy in combating free radicals. A higher ORAC value signifies a stronger potential to fight detrimental health conditions such as heart disease and cancer.

In ORAC testing, it was found that Tiger Milk Mushroom extract and Centella Asiatica extract exhibit antioxidant activities exceeding Vitamin E by 344% and 337% respectively, showcasing their substantial protective capabilities.

The antioxidant efficacy of GENEZ RESPUR CARE, along with extracts from Thai Oregano, Centella Asiatica, and Tiger Milk Mushroom, has been measured using the ORAC method against the standard L-ASCORBIC ACID. The results indicate that these extracts, as well as the GENEZ RESPUR CARE supplement, possess antioxidant capacities on par with the standard L-ASCORBIC ACID.

ANTI-OXIDANT TESTING : ROS

Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) are generated by various external factors like exposure to radiation, air pollution, oxygen toxicity, smoking, and alcohol consumption.

Elevated ROS levels can lead to organ degeneration and diseases such as cardiovascular and neurological disorders, affecting the endocrine system and skin elasticity.

Testing under two-dimensional cell conditions at a concentration of 100 µg/mL, Genez Respur Care dietary supplement was found to be highly effective in reducing ROS levels, achieving a reduction of up to 65%.

Anti-inflammatory efficacy testing in a two-dimensional cell culture environment showed that extracts from Thai Oregano and Centella Asiatica significantly reduced nitrite production, indicating their potent anti-inflammatory effects.

NITRIC OXIDE TESTING PROCESS

Culturing white blood cells known as Microphages.

ANTI-INFLAMMATION TESTING : LUNG INFLAMMATORY MODEL

The anti-inflammatory effects on lung tissue were assessed using a 2D cell culture model with extracts from Thai Oregano, Centella Asiatica, Tiger Milk Mushroom, and the dietary supplement Genez Respur Care over 24 and 48 hours. The findings revealed that Genez Respur Care, along with the extracts from Thai Oregano, Centella Asiatica, and Tiger Milk Mushroom, contributed to the survival of lung cells amidst inflammatory conditions.
