(TIBD), and Mr. Wuttipong Phanitsatseakharat, Managing Director of VISBIO Co., Ltd., signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kasetsart University, led by Associate Professor Apisit Songsasen, Dean of the Faculty of Science.
